🍳 Bailey Breakfast Book Bake-Off

Show off your baking skills! Choose a recipe from High Altitude Breakfast or another high-altitude cookbook, bake it at home, and bring it to the library for a fun community tasting. Copies of High Altitude Breakfast will be available at the library to check-out. Deadline to register is May 3rd

Baker expectations:

• Bring your baked item ready to serve between 9:30 AM-10:00am on Saturday, May 9th.
• Stay for about 1½ hours to meet other bakers, share high-altitude baking tips, and enjoy the community tasting.
• Local bakers and cottage businesses are welcome to promote their business, but no sales are allowed.
• Participation is free!
• Food Safety Notice:
  All baked goods must comply with Colorado Cottage Food guidelines.

Community members are invited to sample delicious baked goods and vote for their favorites! 🏆
